OUR POLICIES

If a client would like to move or cancel any appointment, we kindly ask for a 48 hours' notice, failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of your service price. Less than 24 hours' notice and no shows will result in a 50% charge of your service price.

All clients will be asked to put a card on file to book any color appointments.

Lateness can result in your appointment being cut short or rescheduled, as it has an effect on our time schedules for the rest of the day. So please be on time for appointments.
