OUR POLICIES
If a client would like to move or cancel any appointment, we kindly ask for a 48 hours notice, failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of your service price.​
All clients will be asked to put a card on file to book any color appointments.​
Lateness can result in your appointment being cut short or rescheduled, as it has an effect on our time schedules for the rest of the day. So please be on time for appointments. ​
We ask that you please respect and take our cancellation polices into consideration.

At Tangles Salon Studio, we strive to ensure every client leaves happy with their service. If you are dissatisfied with your hair, we encourage you to contact us within 5 business days after your appointment so we can offer a complimentary adjustment.
Please note: Refunds are not provided for services. Hair results vary based on many factors, and we do our best to meet your expectations through thorough consultations prior to any service.
